Cancellation Policy

At Restore Vitality, we strive to provide exceptional and personalized care for every patient. In order to ensure the best experience, we require all appointments to be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Significant preparation is required for each appointment, including reviewing your intake forms and other essential details specific to your care.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment or "no shows" will incur a full charge for the consultation or follow-up fee.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this policy, which allows us to maintain the quality of care and service we provide to all our patients.
